By organizing campaigns, your bank can apply a higher number of installments than the number of installments you choose, and services such as installment postponement can be offered. Such campaigns are at the discretion of your bank and if our company is aware of it, information about the campaigns is provided on our pages.
Your bank will reflect on your credit card summary by dividing the order total by the number of installments starting from the account cutoff date of your credit card. The bank may not distribute the installment amounts equally to the months, taking into account the fractional differences. The creation of your detailed payment plan is at the discretion of your bank.
Shipping and delivery costs are covered by the Buyer. The shipping price is added to the total amount of the order. It is not included in the product price. The delivery will be hand-delivered at the Buyer's address above, via the contracted courier company. Even if the Buyer is not present at the time of delivery, our company will be deemed to have fulfilled its obligation fully and completely. For this reason, all kinds of damages arising from the late delivery of the product by the Buyer and the expenses incurred due to the product waiting in the cargo company and/or the return of the cargo to our Company shall also be borne by the Buyer.
The product will be delivered within 30 days at the latest from the contract date. All responsibility belongs to our company until the delivery of the product.
"We undertake that the consumer has the right to withdraw from the contract by refusing the goods or services within seven days from the date of receipt of the goods or the signing of the contract, without taking any legal or criminal responsibility and without giving any reason, and to take back the goods from the date the withdrawal notification reaches the seller." In case our company does not fulfill the obligations stated above, the right of withdrawal period is 3 months. The period of 7 days and 3 months starts to run from the day the consumer receives the goods. If the obligations specified in this "Preliminary Information Form" and the Regulation on Distance Contracts are fulfilled within three months, the 7-day right of withdrawal begins to run from the day the said obligations are fulfilled. It is sufficient to notify the declaration of intent regarding the exercise of the right of withdrawal in writing or by a permanent data carrier (e-mail) within this period.

The validity period of all commitments, including the price stated in this "Preliminary Information Form", is 30 days.
Complaints and objections of consumers: You can submit your applications within the monetary limits determined by the Ministry of Customs and Trade in December every year (the monetary limit for the authority of the Consumer Problems Arbitration Committees operating in the provinces with metropolitan status for 2013 is 3,110,58 TL and those operating in provinces that are not in metropolitan status. The monetary limit for the authority of the Consumer Problems Arbitration Committees is TL 1,191.52. For the amounts below the mentioned price, it is necessary to apply to the District Consumer Problems Arbitration Committee.)
Payment by credit card etc. In cases where the card is made without issuing a spending document, in case the card is used unlawfully by someone else; Transactions are made in accordance with the provisions of the Bank Cards and Credit Cards Law No. 5464 dated 23/2/2006 and the Regulation on Bank Cards and Credit Cards published in the Official Gazette dated 10/3/2007 and numbered 26458.
Regarding the legal consequences of the buyer's default, the provisions of Article 6/A titled "Sales in Installments" of the Law on the Protection of the Consumer shall apply.
